Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at craftydivasboutique@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is determined that there was a shop error or damage, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or failure to communicate will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns are NOT accepted on the following items:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized and handmade items)
  • Personal care and intimate items (such as beauty products, lingerie, or undergarments)

Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges within the first five days of your order.  If your order was for a handmade or custom item and processing has already started on that item, it cannot be changed.  Please contact the shop at craftydivasboutique@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding your order.  Custom items are made just for you and cannot be resold.  

Cancellations

Cancellations can be requested within 2 days of your purchase.
